Make your own Soccer Wordle
Pick the mystery Premier League player yourself, set how many guesses your friends get, and share one link. Everyone who opens it plays your puzzle, and you see who solved it and in how many tries. Your first challenge is free and nobody needs an account to play it.
How to create your own Soccer Wordle
- 1. Choose your answer. Search the Premier League pool for the player you want, or hit “surprise me” and take whoever comes up.
- 2. Set the rules. Between three and fifteen guesses, with the higher/lower arrows on or off.
- 3. Share the link. Send it anywhere. Your own runs are practice — the standings only count the people you invited.
What a Soccer guess reveals
Every guess is compared against your answer on these categories. Green is an exact match, amber means close on a number, and the arrows point toward the answer.
- Club
- Shirt number
- Position
- Nationality
- Birth country
- Age
- Height
- Weight
An idea for your first Soccer challenge
Pick a Premier League player your match-day group will recognize. Use the title to set the occasion without giving away the club or nationality.

- Which leagues can I pick from?
- The Premier League pool, the same one the daily Soccer Wordle uses. More leagues follow as the data coverage grows.
- Does it work on a phone?
- Yes. The link opens straight into the game on any browser, which is what makes it easy to drop in a group chat.
- Can I stop people playing later?
- Yes. Closing a challenge from My challenges stops new attempts while keeping the link and the standings readable.
- Do replays count?
- Only your first finished run counts in the standings. Replays are allowed but marked as practice.
- Can I create a sports Wordle for free?
- Your first published challenge is free. Sign in to publish it; additional challenges require Sportsdle Pro. Friends can play your shared challenge without an account.
- Is this a sports trivia question generator?
- Sportsdle creates a guess-the-player game from its sports database. You choose one mystery athlete and players use feedback from their guesses to find the answer. It does not generate multiple-choice questions or printable trivia sheets.
