1. Agreement and Eligibility

By accessing or using Sportsdle, you agree to these Terms of Service. Do not use the service if you do not agree. You must be at least 13 years old to use Sportsdle.

2. Sportsdle Service

Sportsdle is a sports guessing platform that may provide:

Daily and Unlimited sports guessing games
Leaderboards, challenges, statistics, and progress tracking
Quests, virtual Tickets, seasons, rewards, and cosmetic items
Optional Sportsdle Pro subscriptions and purchases
Optional push notifications

3. Usernames and Fair Play

You may choose a username for leaderboards. It must not be offensive, impersonate another person, or violate anyone's rights. We may remove usernames, scores, rewards, or access associated with cheating, abuse, automation, fraudulent purchases, or exploitation of a bug.

You agree not to:

Use Sportsdle for an unlawful purpose
Compromise, reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service
Use bots or automation to play, claim rewards, or manipulate statistics
Submit false information or interfere with other users

4. Virtual Tickets, Seasons, and Cosmetics

Tickets are virtual gameplay points. They are not sold directly, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed outside Sportsdle.
Tickets, season XP, and cosmetics do not improve puzzle answers, difficulty, or leaderboard scoring.
Quest goals, reward amounts, shop prices, season dates, and available cosmetics may change as the service is balanced or updated.
Unclaimed seasonal rewards may expire at the end of a season.
We may correct duplicated, fraudulent, or erroneous balances, claims, scores, or inventory items.

5. Sportsdle Pro and In-App Purchases

Optional products and localized prices are displayed before purchase. Products may include monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase.

Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your store account before the end of the current billing period.
Trials, when offered, are controlled by Apple or Google and are available only to eligible accounts.
A lifetime purchase is a non-consumable entitlement for the lifetime of the Sportsdle service, not an auto-renewing subscription.
Purchases may be restored through Sportsdle when supported by the store.
Billing, cancellation, and refund requests follow Apple or Google policies.
Pro features may evolve while the paid entitlement continues to unlock the then-current Pro offering.

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The free mobile experience may display advertising through Google AdMob. Sportsdle also relies on service providers for hosting, notifications, billing, and purchase verification. We are not responsible for third-party outages or external content.

7. Intellectual Property

Sportsdle's game design, graphics, text, and code are owned by Sportsdle or its licensors. Player data, team and league names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Sportsdle is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NHL, NFL, MLB, UFC, Formula 1, Premier League, or other represented organizations.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Sportsdle and its providers handle information and is incorporated into these terms.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Sports data and game content are provided for entertainment. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect accuracy, and Sportsdle does not provide financial or gambling advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Sportsdle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Where permitted, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Sportsdle in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Changes and Termination

We may update game rules, features, rewards, these terms, or the service. We may suspend access for violations, fraud, or abuse. You may stop using Sportsdle at any time. Terms that logically survive termination remain in effect.

12. Governing Law and Severability

These terms are governed by applicable law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a dispute informally.
